We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our passionate team here at Embark. As a Recruiter at Embark you’ll work closely with our Hiring Managers, but also have several other points of contact in the company. You will mainly be responsible for technical recruitments.

We’re working in an industry that’s growing and constantly evolving, and we need your help to stay on-top of the game by finding and attracting some of the best talent out there. By being the first point of contact for our candidates, you will be an Embark ambassador who is always keen on building and maintaining a network within the industry.

We applaud new, innovative ideas and want you to join our journey in building and growing this company.  In this function you’ll report to the Head of Talent Acquisition.

Example of responsibilities

  • The technical industry is competitive, so finding and attracting top talent will be a key component in this role
  • Together with Hiring Managers, define and drive the recruitment strategy for your business areas
  • Close collaboration with hiring managers 
  • Organizing and participating in employer branding activities; such as industry related events, career fairs, meet-ups, etc
  • Interviewing candidates, checking references, presenting offers
  • Identify, recommend and drive improvements 
  • Employer branding and university relations activities for your area
  • Administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, keeping our ATS up-dated

We would love if you have

  • Bachelor's degree or similar preferred
  • 3+ years previous experience as a Recruiter and/or Headhunter
  • Experience with technical recruitment. I.e., technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably Swedish. You are service minded with the ability to communicate with candidates and business leaders at all levels
  • An interest in the gaming and tech industry
  • A can-do attitude
  • A skilled networker who enjoys meeting new people
